Abstract-The problem is the lack of early childhood games in the school learning, conventional learning games in learning activity. Because development of the modern games have negative affect to motor activity for young children, particularly their movement skills. As a result, many children can't jump with one feet and two feet, bring something through straight line, mention kind of traditional games in Indonesia, especially in Central Java Province. Many kind of traditional games in Indonesia, in this research used engklek game, because this is simple, used "gaco" and engklek area with square line. The aim of this study was to determine the increased development of basic motor skills in group A Pertiwi 49 Ngijo. Basic motor skills in engklek game include three motor aspect such us locomotor, nonlocomotor and manipulative movement. Type of research method used was quantitative research using experiment, preexperimental models, namely one group pretest-posttest. Data basic motor skills before the study obtained by the initial observation for two week and data was collected by score in three aspect.The results showed that the development of basic motor skills of children who experienced a significant increase, amounting to -5.44. It can be seen from the results of three aspects on engklek game. Conclusion taken from the research is that traditional game in the learning activity in preschool. This activities can improved motor skills of children, one of them used traditional games because children can played traditional games with the other friend both at school and at home every time.
Keterlibatan orang tua dalam blended learning memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepercayaan diri anak. Namun, kurangnya pemahaman orang tua tentang pendidikan anak usia dini memunculkan masalah ketika melakukan pendampingan belajar pada pelaksanaan blended learning. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis model pengembangan peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan percaya diri anak, dan keefektifan model. Menggunakan metode Research and Development (RnD) dengan model ADDIE. Partisipan terdiri dari 35 orang tua dan 35 anak usia 4-5 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, checklist, angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dari instrument pengumpulan data. Uji normalitas dengan uji saphiro wilk, dan uji-t. Uji validitas menggunakan Contruct Validity, uji reliabilitas menggunakan uji statistik Cronbach Alpha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pelibatan orang tua dalam Blended Learning untuk meningkatkan percaya diri anak terbukti efektif meningkatkan peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak
This research aimed to analyze the levels of agreement between kindergarten teachers and principals in identifying the assessment of teachers' teaching competencies and performance. The study was designed under a quantitative approach using a survey. It implemented a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. The sample of the population comprised of 173 kindergarten teachers and 101 principals in Semarang District, Indonesia, or a total of 274 respondents. The data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using Cohen's Kappa coefficient to measure the levels of agreement between raters and Pearson Chi-Square test was also utilized to determine the differences in perceptions among principals and teachers. The findings showed that the levels of agreement between raters were averagely in the no agreement category, implying the existence of differences in perceptions among teachers and principals. The involvement of a multi-rater strategy in such research is a rare effort, especially for the Early Childhood Education (ECE) level in Indonesia. Researches regarding teaching competencies and performance generally only involve single rater, either teachers or principals who judge themselves on their competencies and performance, thus the results tend to be subjective. In conclusion, the assessment of teaching competencies with the relation of cognitive abilities was conducted through a test that considered subjective questions and case analysis to evaluate the teachers' skills based on their performance and self-description. Both personal and social assessments utilized self-assessment forms or autobiographies, which were completed with specific themes. Meanwhile, the performance assessment was observed with the assessment rubric and comparison with the learning process performed by an individual educator.
Kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah merupakan faktor penting dalam mewujudkan sekolah yang bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah terhadap mutu. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 51 orang kepala sekolah, data diambil melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis dengan regresi linear berganda menunjukan hasil sebagai berikut: adanya pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan (X1) terhadap mutu, begitu juga dengan variable kepemimpinan visioner (X2) terhadap mutu (Y). Berdasarkan uji f simultan menunjukan adanya pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kepemimpinan visioner terhadap mutu. Secara empirik hasil penelitian ini dapat diartikan terdapat pengaruh positif kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kepemimpinan visioner terhadap mutu. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan semakin tinggi kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kepemimpinan visioner, maka akan berpengaruh positif terhadap mutu. Hasil penelitian ini bisa menjadi referensi bagi kepala sekolah dan dinas pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu melalui peningkatan kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kepemimpinan visioner.
Gross Enrollment Ratio of ECE in Pemalang Regency shows 68.38% and there are 523 early childhood institution that haven't all conducted HI services. This study focuses on improving the quality management of ECE HI directed to describe and analyze: 1) the management implementation of ECE HI, 2) the collaboration between government institutions and organizations related to ECE providers in producing quality education. This is a descriptive research with subjects are teachers, headmaster, ECE supervisor and related elements in applying ECE HI. The results showed that the management of ECE HI in Pemalang Regency wasn't optimal. This happened because the government's carrying capacity is still low and comprehension of some educators and health cadres regarding HI services that haven't been maximized. Recommendations that the quality of ECE HI services can be carried out properly need to be developed in a system of integrated quality management.
This study aims to produce android-based learning multimedia. The research method used is R&D research with the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The steps in the research include analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The trial was carried out using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The results of this study are (1) the need for multimedia mejabando learning in the high category (2) the validity of the interactive multimedia mejabando from the material expert got a score of 4.18 in the good category and 4.64 from the material expert in the good category (3) multimedia practicality is in the very practical category with a score of 87%, 88% and 89% (4) the effectiveness of interactive multimedia learning mejabando can be seen from the results of the students' pretest and posttest. Critical thinking skills get an N-Gain score of 0.66 in a fairly effective category and N-Gain score for creative thinking skills of 0.57 in a moderately effective category. Based on the results of the research obtained, it can be concluded that the interactive multimedia mejabando learning to improve critical and creative thinking skills in learning Indonesian for fifth-grade elementary school is practical, valid and effective for use in learning. Era globalisasi sekarang ini banyak kedua orang tua yang sibuk bekerja, akhirnya orang tua harus mempertimbangkan alternatif pengasuhan bagi anak selama mereka bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan layanan Program Holistik Integratif TPA di Kabupaten Rembang yang meliputi layanan pendidikan, pengasuhan, kesehatan, gizi serta perlindungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode RnD. Subjek penelitian ini adalah TPA Tunas Pertiwi yang berlokasi di Sumber Rembang. Sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan dua sumber data yaitu sumber data primer pengelola, pengasuh dan orang tua siswa, sedangkan data sekunder dalam bentuk dokumen-dokumen. Dalam penelitian ini analisis data menggunakan analisa dekriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas Model Layanan TPA HI Berbasis Alam cukup memadai. Hal tersebut nampak pada hasil penilaian dari ke empat validator yang menunjukkan bahwa scor penilaian rata-rata sebesar 73,33%. Buku Panduan yang penulis kembangkan juga sudah memadai, berdasarkan penilaian para validator mengenai buku panduan TPA HI berbasis alam diperoleh skor 86,4%.
Parereja village is located in Brebes Regency, Central Java. Brebes Regency is one of the regencies with a low human development index indicator. Regency condition describes the village unit condition in regency area. The main strategic issues in Brebes Regency Long-Term Regional Program Plan are education and health fields, the two of which cannot be separated. The target communities for technology utilization in villager’s empowerment were elementary school-aged children, POSPAUD mothers, and women. During Covid 19 pandemic, many things caused face-to-face activities impossible. Community empowerment programs were done by implementing healthy living pocketbooks for children, using social media as a reference for making educational props and early childhood development activities, and education and life skills training. Technology applications for making pocketbooks were using pinterest.com references and batik tutorial videos. Positive children’s responses showed the successful use of pocket books. POSPAUD mothers’ success was shown by children’s creativity products, and the success of women’s programs was shown by batik products. This activity was beneficial for the program’s success and met technology literacy targets (technology literacy).
