This study aims to determine the level of community participation in fire prevention and management in Tanjung Priuk Subdistrict, the City of Administration against Fire Disasters in North Jakarta, the theory used in this research is the opinion of M. Nuh Minister of Education in the era of President Bambang Yudhoyono in Climbing the Amstein ladder to organize an ideal participation. The research method used is a qualitative method to obtain key data from interviews with legitimate sources that are directly involved in fire prevention and management and are supported by data from field observations. The data is then analyzed by the triangulation process. To find out the level of community participation. The results showed that the level of participation in fire prevention in Tanjung Priuk District had a range of information, consultations and appointments. the training program, which is carried out as an annual program, is provided for the community to provide information one way. In the management process, the community is at the second level of the seventh stage because the community is already a partner in the fire department before the fire department arrives at the fire location, the community has tried to extinguish the fire independently. To increase community participation in fire prevention and management, the Fire Department of the North Jakarta City Administration Office must optimize human resources, as well as other fire management resources, to be able to act also to provide costs for Balakar (Voluntary Fire) every month.

The decline in damar stands due to shoot death has caused losses to the company. To anticipate these problems, it is necessary to find a enterprise class that is suitable with site characteristics. This study aimed to determine the business feasibility of damar and pine plants in order to determine the right enterprise class. The research was conducted in the Ngantang Pujon Forest Section , KPH Malang. The method used is quantitative descriptive using primary and secondary data. The analysis used is business feasibility analysis by calculating the Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), and Internal Rate Return (IRR). The results of NPV analysis showed that both damar and pine companies are feasible to cultivate. The pine enterprise class has a higher eligibility than the damar enterprise class. Thus, financially, the damar enterprise class can be changed to the pine enterprise class.

Agroforestry activities are carried out in order to obtain community welfare, both in and around forests and at the same time also to maintain primary forest. Agroforestry can provide long-term benefits, such as increased crop productivity, more sustainable land use, as well as soil and environmental conservation. The success of forest management through agroforestry is determined by the level of community participation in forest management and the quality of human resources. The aim of the research is to identify and analyze several factors that strengthen social capital of agroforestry system in Argosari village and its sustainability. Using quantitative approach with Multi Dimensional Scaling (MDS)-Rap-agroforestry, all research variable (trust, ecology, social, and agroforestry) perceived as neutral by respondents. The Rap-agroforestry found that all dimensions studied are quite accurate and can be justified, where stress value ranges between 0.15-0.21 and coefficient of determination value is 0.91-0.97. The sustainability index is as follows: ecology (54.68), economy (36.46), and social (45.40). The difference between the sustainability index and Monte Carlo are so small : ecology (0.32), economy (0.86), and social (0.31), so that the sustainability index can be used to conduct a sustainability assesment of the agroforestry system in Argosari village. This should be considered for future policy formulation.
