One of the deadliest infectious diseases in the world is Tuberculosis. The disease is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and causes health problems around the world. Tuberculosis has spread globally. This study used various sources of information from Indonesia Government Agencies. Tuberculosis data was obtained from South Konawe Public Health Office in the period from 2018 to 2020. The data is an annual report published by the South Konawe Public Health Office. Cases tend to increase in men other than women. Men are mostly susceptible to pulmonary TB risk factors. The cure rates percentage for TB patients in South Konawe Regency varies every year, such as in the year 2020 it became very low. The high number of TB patients is in Ranomeeto and Benua sub-districts. Cases show that prevention improvement is needed in these sub-districts. The number of TB patients and mortality rate in South Konawe Regency tend to increase every year. Real actions are needed from the government, health workers and the community itself to reduce the number of sufferers and mortality. Keywords: TB, South Konawe Regency, Indonesia

Tuberculosis (TB) is still one of the world's public health problems even though TB ??control efforts have been implemented in many countries since 1995. Of all the MDG indicators for TB in Indo-nesia, currently only the target of reducing the incidence rate has been achieved. A bigger and more integrated effort is needed so that Indonesia can achieve the SDG target by 2030. How-ever, the burden of TB in Indonesia is still very high, it is estimated that HIV prevalence among TB patients is 6,2%. The number of TB-RO cases is estimated to be 6,700 cases originating from 1,9% of TB-RO cases from new TB cases and there are 12% TB-RO cases from TB with repeat treatment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of TB risk factors on the incidence of pulmonary TB in Indonesia and to identify the most dominant risk factors. This is a literature review of several journals and books. The risk factors that influence the incidence of pulmonary TB are socio-economic factors, demographic factors, environmental health factors, household energy factors/cooking fuel, TB preventive action factors, smoking habits, contact factors with TB sufferers and symptom factors and treatment history. previous. Meanwhile, envi-ronmental health factors include the house and its environment such as the type of walls, humi-dity, air temperature, type of floor, area of ??ventilation, lighting, and occupancy density.

Pulmonary Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Pulmonary TB can be cured with treatment carried out for 6-8 months. To achieve recovery, the patient must have good self-efficacy so that he will be motivated to recover and strengthen himself to complete the treatment. During TB treatment various problems, both physiological and psychological, can arise, one of which is related to self-efficacy. Increasing self-efficacy during the treatment period is important so that management of psychoeducational therapy is needed. This study to determine the effect of psychoeducational therapy on self-efficacy in pulmonary TB patients in the work area of the Gerung Health Center. This study uses a quantitative research type with the One Group Pre-Post Test Design approach. The sample in this study were 16 people. The research instrument was the GFCSES (Guide For Constructing Self Efficacy Scale) to measure self-efficacy in pulmonary TB patients. Data analysis with Paired T Test. The results showed a p-value of 0.000 (<α 0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between psychoeducational therapy on self-efficacy in pulmonary TB patients in the working area of the Gerung Public Health Center. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to include material related to psychological changes such as self-efficacy in pulmonary TB patients during the treatment process provided by health workers through education carried out in activities at the family integrated service post or health services.
