The success of regional development could be seen through the level of economic growth among its sectors. In case of Blitar City, although it has limited natural resources, but environmental issues and food securities were the main priorities. Agriculture, as one of the sectors with rapid growth in Blitar City, showed a positive trend which was strengthened by an increase in vegetable consumption, so that food should become the main issue in development priorities. This study aimed to map all economic sectors and formulate appropriate strategies for the agricultural sector as the main driver of food security in Blitar City. This study conducted quantitative descriptive method using secondary data in the form of GRDP in Blitar City and East Java during 2015–2021. The data analysis method combined the Location Quotient analysis, Shift Share, Klassen typology, and SWOT analysis. The results of the study indicated that although the agricultural sector was not classified as the leading sector in Blitar City, but in the economic structure it was classified as a sector that has potential and is growing rapidly. This was the first sectoral competitiveness study before and during Covid 19 pandemic in Blitar City. Considering the urgency of maintaining food security, stakeholders should enhance the urban farming system, by utilizing digital technology in the business cycle so that the value of Blitar City's competitiveness would be higher in the agricultural sector.

The availability of infrastructure will affect the level of community access to resources, ultimately encouraging economic growth and reducing poverty levels. This study aims to cluster the provincial governments in Indonesia based on fixed asset ownership and economic growth during the 2015-2019 period. This research data is GRDP and fixed assets owned by the provincial governments in Indonesia, with the data period is 2014-2019. GRDP data is obtained from the BPS website, while fixed-asset data is obtained from the provincial government's financial reports. The analytical tool used is k-means analysis to cluster provincial governments in Indonesia based on fixed asset ownership and economic growth (as proxied by GRDP). The result shows that cluster one consists of one province with low fixed asset growth and high economic growth. Cluster two consists of 24 provinces with low fixed asset growth and near-average economic growth. Cluster three consists of one province that have high fixed asset growth and low economic growth. And cluster four consists of eight provinces that have low fixed asset growth and low economic growth.

Perekonomian di Jawa Tengah telah berkembang baik sekali, namun kenaikan tidak terjadi secara merata menyatukan lokal dan daerah perkotaan. Pemeriksaan ini digiring untuk mencari konditon pembangunan moneter Jawa Tengah tahun 2010-2020, untuk memberikan garis besar bagi daerah setempat, otoritas publik dan berbagai landasan kondisi keuangan saat ini di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pemeriksaan ini memanfaatkan informasi dari situs web online BPS Badan Pusat Statistik untuk persiapan tambahan memanfaatkan IWtechnique, Klassen Typology dan LQ. Laju pembangunan PDRB Provinsi Jawa Tengah pada 2020 telah berkurang kontras dengan tahun 2019. Dalam mencari gaji publik, ada beberapa metodologi, khususnya pendekatan penciptaan, pendekatan pembayaran dan pendekatan penggunaan. Dari tingkat gaji publik, pada saat itu dipartisi oleh penduduk, itu akan ditemukan membayar per kapita negara. Selain itu, ia juga memeriksa hubungan antara gagasan pembayaran publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perhitungan pendapatan wilayah Jawa Tengah dan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis analisis regresi. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal yaitu tingkat pertumbuhan PDB Jawa Sentral 2010 telah menurun dibandingkan 2019 mengalami peningkatan akan tetapi untuk 2019-2020 itu menurun. Ini berbanding terbalik dengan pendapatan per kapita yang terus meningkat dibandingkan periode sebelumnya. dan dapat dilihat dari tabel 1 sampai dengan 3 agar dapat mengetahui titik permasalahan yang terjadi.
