Analisis Boraks pada Jajanan Bakso di Kota Jambi

Abstract: Pendahuluan: Seiring dengan perkembangam zaman, penambahan bahan tambahan pangan sulit untuk dihindari. Berdasarkan PERMENKES RI No 33 Tahun 2012 salah satu senyawa kimia yang dikenal dengan nama boraks dinyatakan bahan yang dilarang digunakan dalam pembuatan makanan.
