Análise por SDS-PAGE e Western blot de antígenos somáticos e extracelulares de Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis

Abstract: <span class="texto">Diferentes técnicas para isolar e descrever antígenos das frações secretadas de superfície e somáticas de Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis foram estudadas por SDS-PAGE e imunoblot, utilizando-se pool de soros de cabras naturalmente infectadas.
