Abstract:In these latter days software agents are used for the development and implementation of intellectual decision support systems. In order to implement intelligence in a system some or several dozen of software agents are used and the made system becomes multi-agent. For the development of these systems a set of methodologies, i.e., the sequence of consequent steps of analysis, designing and implementation, is offered. The carried out analysis of the methodologies showed that as a rule they are limited by the spectrum of their pending problem (within the pales of the requirements of specific applied task, within the pales of the possibilities of technical implementation) or within the pales of amount of detail. The variety of methodologies is influenced by the fact that for the development of these systems the requirements and attitudes are offered by the specialists of related spheres such as software, numeral intellect engineers. In the course of the development of hardware and software appeared possibilities to implement mobile multi-agents systems, however, there is no one united mobile multi-agent systems design methodology, whereas existing systems are underdeveloped and their number is small. In this article we introduce the course of the designing of an intellectual real time multi-agent investment management decision support information system adapting and combining some methodologies where the choice to use either communicating or mobile agents is the question of rather technical implementation than methodological. In the article we introduce two ways of system implementation by JADE platform: the first one-using communicating agents, and the second one-using mobile agents.

ResumenEste documento busca identificar el desarrollo humano y social en áreas rurales donde la energía juega un papel importante en la forma en la cual las personas toman decisiones y su papel en la mejora de la calidad de vida, medida como la satisfacción de las necesidades básicas de Maslow. El modelo de simulación basada en agentes (ABM) descrito, en conjunto con los resultados de simulaciones realizadas permite caracterizar y concluir respecto al impacto de la adopción de la energía en el desarrollo de una región rural. El estudio muestra que las comunidades están en capacidad de adaptarse y generar un incremento en la calidad de vida mediante el uso de la energía en la vida diaria, permitiendo mostrar que la adopción de una energía en la zona es una herramienta que posibilita el desarrollo de la región.Palabras clave: simulación basada en agentes; desarrollo; energia; simulación social; Netlogo; zonas rurales aisladas

: Our research concerns distance learning (DL). We are interested with distributed collaborative learning. In this approach, it is important to have indicators permitting the appreciation of durability and the evolution of groups involved. We think that actors responsible for the organisation and the working of groups (tutor for each group and coordinator of the DL session for all groups and its progress in general) can from the types of interactions and their amounts, get revealing elements permitting them to appreciate the state of a group and its evolution. From the analysis of interactions seen during a distance learning experimentation that we led, we show here that the disappearance of a group as we observed could be discerned practically in real time. It justifies for us, the necessity to set up in distance learning environments, agents capable of assisting the coordinator of the training and the tutors in their tasks.
