StreszczenieAktywność fizyczna jest ważnym czynnikiem mającym znaczenie w poprawie i utrzymaniu dobrego stanu zdrowia. Mimo że jest to zagadnienie istotne nie tylko dla środowiska pracy, to właśnie to środowisko stanowi dobre warunki do prowadzenia i utrwalania zachowań prozdrowotnych, w tym również programów promujących aktywność fizyczną. W artykule przedstawiono analizę piśmiennictwa dotyczącego skuteczności prowadzenia tego typu działań w miejscu pracy. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na wpływ programów promujących aktywność fizyczną na dolegliwości mięśniowo-szkieletowe, absencję chorobową, zdolność do pracy, wydolność fizyczną oraz masę ciała uczestników. Mając na uwadze to, że w Polsce tego typu programy nadal są prowadzone na niewielką skalę, starano się pokazać korzyści wynikające z realizowania tego typu inicjatyw oraz uczestnictwa w nich. Med. Although this issue is by no means limited to the workplace, it is precisely the work environment that can provide the basis for keeping and reinforcing more health-conscious attitudes and lifestyles, including programs promoting a physical activity. The paper presents an analysis of the literature on the effectiveness of physical activity intervention at the workplace. Particular attention is paid to the impact of the physical activity programs on musculoskeletal disorders, absenteeism, work ability, physical capacity and body weight of the participants. Given a marginal extent of programs of this kind in Poland, the authors' intention was to show the benefits resulting from implementation of and participation in such initiatives. RESUMO | Contexto:Os programas de promoção da saúde do trabalhador via web são cada vez mais oferecidos pelas empresas com o objetivo de promover estilos de vida saudáveis, prevenir ou gerenciar doenças, contribuir para a saúde ocupacional e melhorar o clima organizacional. Objetivos: Sistematizar o conhecimento acerca da utilização de programas via web, sites, aplicativos online e e-mails como tecnologias aplicadas à promoção da saúde do trabalhador. Métodos: Foi feita uma revisão sistemática de ensaios clínicos sobre a temática na base de dados Medline. Resultados: A pesquisa resultou em 3.071 títulos únicos de artigos. Destes, 139 foram selecionados com rastreio de títulos. Dos 139 escolhidos, 47 foram selecionados pela leitura dos resumos que pareceram atender aos critérios de seleção. No entanto, após a leitura integral dos artigos, verificou-se que 31 deles não cumpriam todos os critérios de inclusão, resultando na seleção final de 16 artigos. Conclusões: De acordo com os achados desta revisão, programas baseados na web podem ser um meio promissor de acesso à informação para a promoção da saúde dos trabalhadores . ABSTRACT | Background:Health promotion programs for workers via the web are increasingly offered by companies to promote healthy lifestyles, prevent or manage diseases, contribute to occupational health and improve the organizational climate. Aims: To systematize the knowledge on the use of web-based programs, websites, online applications and e-mails as technologies for occupational health promotion. Methods: A systematic review of clinical trials was conducted on the subject of interest in database MedLine. Results: The search resulted in 3,071 articles. From these, 139 studies were selected after screening of titles; the number was reduced to 47 after analysis of abstracts indicated they seemed to meet the inclusion criteria. However, reading of the full-text showed that 31 articles did not meet the inclusion criteria, therefore, the final sample consisted of 16 articles. Conclusions: According to the findings of the present review web-based programs might be a promising means of access to information for the promotion of occupational health.

Abstract: Structured, internet-delivered exercise recommendations are not superior to internet-delivered non-structured exercise recommendations in a workplace setting. Both lifestyle intervention strategies are, however, limited by high dropout rates.
