Статтю присвячено оцінці економічної ефективності міжнародної співпраці України з міжна родними неурядовими організаціями на основі запропонованої моделі. У зв'язку з цим пору шується питання пошуку оптимальних моделей економічного співробітництва та оцінки ефек тивності їх взаємодії, заснованих на достовірній оцінці потенційних інвестиційних можливос тей НУО та соціально економічних потреб України на сучасному етапі її розвитку. Покращення її інвестиційного клімату, створення нових можливостей для бізнесу та збільшення іноземних інвестицій у виробничу та невиробничу сферу дасть можливість Україні стати динамічною євро пейською країною. Особлива увага приділяється особливостям використання інвестиційних коштів Україною в межах міжнародного співробітництва з міжнародними неурядовими організаціями DOBRE, U LEAD з Європою, Фондом Конрада Аденауера, іншими донорами міжнародної технічної до помоги, що надходять у сфери, пов'язані з підвищенням якості людського капіталу та підви щенням інституційної спроможності органів публічної влади.

The purpose of this paper is to substantiate the optimal scenario to develop agriculture for the effective diversification of the Azerbaijani economy. By constructing an intersectoral balance model and using regression analysis, we propose the approach for determining optimal agriculture development scenarios taking into account the current development trends of the industry: innovative, inertial, and balanced. Using the balance model helps to account for the cause-and-effect relationships between the indicators of the development of all sectors of the Azerbaijani economy and comprehensively assess the impact of agricultural development on the diversification of the national economy. In contrast to the classical balance model, the modified model proposed in our article provides possibilities to assess not just the production potential of industries but also their contribution to the formation of the country's GDP and diversification of the economy on the way to neutralizing oil dependence.

State policy of cooperation between countries and global institutions: condition and prospects

The aim of the work is to analyse the state policy of Ukraine's cooperation with global institutions and, on its basis, to determine the prospects and directions of such cooperation. Methods of grouping, modelling and forecasting, methods of theorizing and historical formalization, as well as methods of system analysis, sampling and description were used to substantiate the prospects and directions of Ukraine's cooperation with global institutions. The study identifies the conceptual principles, areas of relationship and cooperation of Ukraine with international organizations, the problems of relations of domestic state institutions with global organizational structures in modern conditions. The priority goals and measures of the state policy of Ukraine's cooperation with global institutions, the directions of mechanisms of cooperation with international intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations in order to achieve the strategic goals of the state development are outlined.
