O objetivo deste trabalho foi estimar a confiabilidade do teste de identificação de transtornos devido ao uso de álcool (AUDIT), aplicado em adolescentes. Foram avaliados 141 estudantes com idade de 14 a 17 anos (14,93±0,62). A consistência interna do instrumento foi estimada pelo coeficiente alfa de Cronbach e sua reprodutibilidade pela estatística Kappa ponderada por ponto e por intervalo de 95% de confiança. O AUDIT apresentou excelente consistência interna (α=0,80, r inter-item =0,29). A maioria das questões apresenta reprodutibilidade classificada como "boa". Pode-se concluir que o AUDIT revelou-se instrumento confiável para o levantamento de informações sobre o consumo de álcool em adolescentes. RELIABILITY OF THE ALCOHOL USE DISORDERS IDENTIFICATION TEST (AUDIT) IN ADOLESCENTSThe objective of this study was to estimate the reliability of the alcohol use disorders identification test (AUDIT) applied to adolescents. Evaluations were performed with 141 students of ages ranging from 14 to 17 years (14.93±0.62). The internal consistency of the instrument was estimated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and its reproducibility by weighted Kappa statistics by score and by a reliability interval of 95%. Objective: To determine the prevalence of and factors associated with body image dissatisfaction among physical education students enrolled in a public university. Methods: This study evaluated 236 students and assessed body image perception (silhouette scale), sociodemographic variables (sex, age, parental education, marital status, university course, work, living arrangement, study shift, and income), physical activity level (International Physical Activity Questionnaire -Short Version), dietary habits, tobacco use, excessive intake of alcohol (questions from the tobacco, alcohol and drugs, and nutrition domains of the FANTASTIC instrument), and nutritional status (body mass index [BMI]). Descriptive analysis, the chi-square test, Fisher's exact test, and crude and adjusted multinomial regression were used. Results: The prevalence of body image dissatisfaction was 69.5%; 44.1% were dissatisfied with excess weight. BMI ≥ 25.0 kg/m² was associated with dissatisfaction with excess weight; factors associated with dissatisfaction with slimness were being male, eating an unhealthy diet, and smoking tobacco. Conclusion: Our findings suggest that female college students with a BMI ≥ 25.0 kg/m² are more likely to present dissatisfaction with excess weight. Being male, eating an unhealthy diet, engaging in physical activity for < 739.61 min/week and smoking tobacco were the variables associated with dissatisfaction with thinness. ResumoObjetivo: Verificar a prevalência e os fatores associados à insatisfação com a imagem corporal em universitários de educação física de uma universidade pública federal. Métodos: Foram avaliados 236 universitários. Foram mensurados a percepção da imagem corporal (escala de silhueta), variáveis sociodemográficas (sexo, idade, escolaridade dos pais, estado civil, curso universitário, trabalho, moradia, turno de estudo e renda), nível de atividade física (Questionário Internacional de Atividade Física -Versão Curta), hábitos alimentares, uso de tabaco, consumo excessivo de bebidas alcoólicas (questões dos domínios tabaco, álcool e drogas, e nutrição do questioná-rio Fantástico) e estado nutricional [índice de massa corporal (IMC)]. Utilizou-se análise descritiva, o teste do qui-quadrado, o teste exato de Fisher e regressão multinomial bruta e ajustada. Resultados: A prevalência de insatisfação com a imagem corporal foi de 69,5%; 44,1% eram insatisfeitos por excesso de peso. IMC ≥ 25,0 kg/m² esteve associado a insatisfação por excesso; os fatores associados à insatisfação por magreza foram sexo masculino, alimentação inadequada e tabagismo. Conclusão: Os resultados sugerem que acadêmicos do sexo feminino e com IMC ≥ 25,0 kg/m² têm mais chances de apresentar insatisfação por excesso de peso. Sexo masculino, alimentação inadequada, prática de atividade física < 739,61 min/semana e uso de tabaco foram as variáveis associadas a insatisfação por magreza.

introduction: Self-rated positive health seems to be associated with various factors in the general population. Among active men, the association with such traits seems to be unclear. Objective: This work has aimed to verify the factors associated with self-rated positive health in active young men. Material and Methods: cross sectional research was carried out with a sample of 695 male conscripts, taken from the male population (age of 18 years), in the mandatory army enlisting process. The study variables were: socio-economic status, marital status, education, work, smoking, alcohol consumption, stress, regular physical activity practice and self-rated health. in order to analyze the data likelihood, ratio tests were calculated and hierarchical logistic regression analysis applied. Results: Association between self-rated positive health and high education -eight or more years (OR=3.38; Ci 95%; 1.83-6.23), and nonsmoking (OR=3.42; Ci 95%; 1.69-6.92) was found. When the analysis was adjusted to social-demographic variables, high education (OR=3.05; Ci 95%; 1.63-5.73), and non-smoking (OR=3.03; Ci 95%; 1.47-6.25) kept on the model being associated with self-rated positive health. Conclusion: Such findings suggest the need to develop intervention strategies in an intersectional and multi-professional manner in the public health departments, related to risk behavior and social factors.
