At this time the demands of education are increasingly modern where teachers are required to be able to adapt to the development of increasingly sophisticated technology. The ability in the field of Information and Technology (ICT) is an important thing that must be mastered to be able to produce mathematics teachers who are able to answer the challenges of the 21st century in the field of technology integration in learning. The purpose of this research is to see the views of Tadris Mathematics students on the importance of ICT skills to be mastered by prospective mathematics teachers in making ICT-based learning media. This research is a descriptive qualitative research type survey conducted at the Kerinci State Islamic Institute by distributing questionnaires to 67 students in the mathematics tadris department from various levels. From the research conducted obtained 59.5% of students can make ICT-based learning media, 73% of students have made learning media, 72.4% of students stated that they wanted to deepen their ability to utilize ICT capabilities to make learning media. Researchers can conclude from the findings that the knowledge of Information and Comunication Tcnology is very important for students as prospective mathematics education teachers who will face the technological revolution that is increasingly developing at this time.

This study aims to analyze the effect of moral reasoning, retaliation, ethical sensitivity, and professional commitment on the intention to whistleblowing. This research is an associative causality study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Padang Pariaman Regency DPUPR, Padang Pariaman Regency DPMPTP, and Padang Pariaman Regency BPKD. The data collection method used a questionnaire that was distributed directly. The data used in this study is primary data. The hypothesis in this study was tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that moral reasoning has a positive effect on the intention to do whistleblowing, retaliation has a negative effect on the intention to do whistleblowing, ethical sensitivity has no effect on the intention to do whistleblowing and professional commitment has a positive effect on the intention to do whistleblowing.

Guru merupakan kunci keberhasilan dari sebuah pendidikan sehingga dituntut dapat meningkatkan kompetensinya melalui penggunaan teknologi. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kinerja dan keterampilan terhadap hasil belajar dan literasi digital siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan survei korelasional. Responden pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 53 orang data dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi sederhana untuk melihat hubungan secara parsial dan korelasi berganda untuk melihat hubungan secara berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif antara kinerja guru dengan hasil belajar siswa dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,971. Terdapat hubungan positif antara keterampilan tik guru dengan hasil belajar siswa dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,996. Terdapat hubungan positif antara kinerja guru dengan literasi digital siswa dengan besar korelasi 0,6 34. Terdapat hubungan positif antara keterampilan tik guru terhadap literasi digital siswa dengan besar korelasi 0,804. Terdapat hubungan positif antara kinerja dan keterampilan tik guru terhadap hasil kerja siswa dengan besar koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,982. Terdapat hubungan positif antara kinerja dan keterampilan tik guru terhadap literasi digital siswa dengan koefisien relasi ganda sebesar 0,807. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah seorang guru harus mampu dalam meningkatkan keterampilan tik dan literasi digital untuk meminimalisir kekurangan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran.
