Akut Egzersi̇zi̇n Futbolcularda Anti̇oksi̇dan Si̇stem Parametreleri̇ne Etki̇si̇

Abstract: ÖZETBu çalışma, akut fiziksel aktivitenin, antioksidan sistem parametreleri üzerine olan etkisinin incelenmesi amacıyla planlanmıştır. Bunun için araştırmaya 14-17 yaşları arasında Altay spor kulübünde düzenli antrenman yapan gönüllü 18 sporcu katılmıştır. Futbolcuların ilk gün antropometrik ölçümleri alınmış üç gün dinlendirildikten sonra 45'er dakikalık iki devreli maç yaptırılmıştır. Antioksidan sistem parametrelerinden SOD (Süperoksiddismutaz), CAT (Katalaz); lipid peroksidasyon sonucu oluşan MDA (Malondia… Show more

“…This increases the red blood cell and hemoglobin density in the blood. Many studies have reported increased RBC, HCT, MCV, HGB values in the case of acute exercise (7,8,14,24,29,33). In the present study, there was an increase in RBC, HCT, MCV, HGB values in the dogs with and without ankyloglossia after acute strenuous exercise compared to resting state, which is consistent with other studies.…”

“…It has been reported that white blood cell count is increased during acute exercise, and the reason for this is related to the change in catecholamines and hemodynamics (8,13,25,34). In the present study, there was an increase in WBC values in the dogs with and without ankyloglossia after acute strenuous exercise compared to resting state, which is consistent with other studies.…”

“…It has been demonstrated that antioxidant system plays a more important role in the increase of oxygen consumption and the increase of oxidative stress due to the increase of oxygen consumption, both acutely or chronically (İnal et al 2001;Burneiko et al 2006;Celik et al 2007;Kiyici and Kishali, 2010). In one similar study to ours, strength exercises were reported to increase SOD (Vilela et al 2018).…”

“…İyi bir beslenme programı bulunan sporcuların sakatlanma ve hastalıklara yakalanma oranlarının olmayanlara göre daha az olduğu bildirilmiştir. İyi beslenmeyle sakatlanmaların büyük bir kısmını önlenebileceği de belirtilmektedir (8,12,20,30,40,41).…”
