Agroturi̇zmde Yeni̇ Eği̇li̇mler: Zeyti̇nyaği Turi̇zmi̇

Abstract: Yerleşik halk tarafından ekosisteme zarar vermeden yapılan geleneksel tarım faaliyetlerine turistlerin katılımı ile gerçekleştirilen agroturizm kapsamında ortaya çıkan yeni eğilimlerden birisi zeytinyağı turizmidir. Zeytincilikle ilgili faaliyetlere dayalı olarak ortaya çıkan zeytinyağı turizmi kapsamında, yalnızca gastronomi değil aynı zamanda doğa ve kültürel unsurlar da yer almaktadır.
