Abstract: Les discours agronomiques sur les engrais sont complexes : discours vantant les vertus des engrais chimiques et dénigrant les routines paysannes ou, au contraire, rejet de la chimie et promotion de la fumure organique ou, plus modérés, discours associant étroitement engrais chimiques et fumure d’origine organique.
