The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of rates and application periods of K on soybeans in the Savannah in Piauí. The work was carried out in a dystrophic oxisol. The experimental design was randomized blocks with four replications in a factorial design, the treatments consisted of combinations of five potassium doses 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 kg ha -1 (K 2 O) + witness (0 kg ha -1 ), applied at four different times: 100% at soybean sowing, 50% at sowing and 50% at 30 days after sowing (DAS), 100% at 30 DAS, 50% at 20 DAS and 50% to 40 DAS. Evaluated the following variables: height soybean plants, dry biomass, internal efficiency in the use of nutrient-K (IENU-K), number of pods per plant -1 , number of grains per pod -1 , a thousand seeds weight, grain harvest index and productivity. There was no effect concerning the period of application of K in the variables analyzed. Exceptions done for dry biomass and the number of pods per plant -1 , the other variables were significantly influenced by K rates. All variables significantly influenced by the application of K rates showed quadratic response, in which, exception of IENU-K, the curves showed the highest values by applying 83 to 93 kg ha -1 K 2 O.

RESUMOO objetivo neste trabalho foi avaliar o efeito do fertilizante NPK 04-30-16 em diferentes doses e tecnologias de manufatura (tipos de formulações), sobre as características agronômicas e os teores foliares de nutrientes de duas cultivares de soja. O ensaio foi conduzido em Itutinga, MG, utilizando-se o delineamento em blocos casualizados, com 3 repetições em esquema fatorial (2 x 2 x 3) + 2, compreendendo: duas cultivares (Vencedora e Favorita RR), duas doses (300 e 400 kg ha -1 ) e três formulações (tecnologias de manufatura) de adubo NPK 04-30-16: mistura de grânulos com 4,8% de Ca + 1,64% de S; mistura de grânulos com 3,9% de Ca + 0,05% de B + 0,06% de Cu + 0,35% de Fe + 0,13 de Mn; mistura granulada com 4,3% de Ca + 1,2% de S + 0,07% de B + 0,24% de Fe + 0,08% de Mn + 0,27% de Zn, além de um controle (sem adubação) para cada cultivar. Verificou-se que a cultivar Vencedora apresentou maior capacidade produtiva em relação à Favorita RR. Em relação aos controles, as doses e tecnologias de manufatura (tipos de formulações) avaliadas foram eficientes no aumento da produtividade e seus componentes, elevando os teores foliares de N, P, Ca, Cu e Mn. Não houve diferença entre as doses e tecnologias de manufatura, com ou sem micronutrientes, quanto às características agronômicas da soja e aos teores foliares de nutrientes. The edamame is the soybean harvested in the R6 phenological period when the seed in green. That is the reason of its name, Green Soybean. To evaluate the influence of different planting densities and two types of potassium fertilizer on the agronomic components of the edamame cultivar BR 9452273, an experiment was conducted in the municipality of Boa Vista-RR between early 2015 and March 2016. The experimental design was a complete randomized block design in a 4 × 2 factorial scheme with four plant densities (140, 160, 200 and 240 thousand plants ha-1) and two forms of potassium fertilization in the last split-application (potassium chloride-KCl (control) and a Leaf fertilizer-K-20) on the same concentration (30 kg ha-1) for both treatments, with three replicates. Plant cultivation variables were evaluated, as well aspod productivity and the reproductive and maturation periods of the plants. Based on the results obtained, the BR-9452273 edamame lineage showed early growth and maturation under local edaphoclimatic conditions, with reproductive and maturation periods of 24 and 73 days after planting, respectively. Plant height and the insertion of the first pod, the diameter of the stem, and pod number in a sample of 500 g were affected by the joint action of the evaluated factors. Green pod yield and total biomass were favored by both higher and lower density, which alongside the application of KCl, were the most effective treatments for production of edamame in the Cerrado of Roraima.
