Marine sh biodiversity and conservation linking to human livelihood around the coast were carried out during 2019 by survey and personal interviews to study the effects of environmental and anthropogenic issues on marine sh diversity changes which affect the sustainability. 42 n sh, 6 crabs, and 1 shrimp belonging to 3 groups collected along the coastal zone were authenticated by Zoological Survey of India (ZSI). The sh species diversity index was estimated showed that alpha and beta biodiversity were prevalent compared to gamma sh diversity in the study zone. The collected sh species were compared with International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) threatened lists and found 51% least concerned. The Principle Component Analysis done for the livelihood status age group, religious, education, houses, training, graft and gear of shermen exhibited 93.6% and 4.3% variations. The observed 51% least concerned species in the study zone implies species declination due to overexploitation of the natural sources. The study recommends strict conservation measures to be implemented to ensure sustainability and conservation of sh diversity. The agricultural sector, especially fisheries, has played an important role in the social and economic development of the Indonesian state, because the indonesian population has a daily life as farmers, and the territory of Indonesia 2/3 is the water area. Mulyoagung Village in Ngantang District is one of the villages located in the area around the Selorejo reservoir. In addition to farming, the main income of the community is dependent on the existence of the Selorejo reservoir, which is catching fish. Fish catches are sold in their unprocessed state to middlemen at a very low price since they lack the knowledge to process fish into various processed foods. Only about a year ago there was an attempt not to sell the fish in its raw condition, but to be sold in a mature state, in the hope that the price would be higher and not be played with by middlemen. By adopting from crispy mushrooms, baby fish is processed in crispy form. Through various trainings and assistance, including training on making crispy various flavors of basic uceng and wader fish, frying techniques, oil slicer techniques, product packaging as well as labeling and marketing, There has been steady growth in both the quantity and quality of this business, and it is now even being exported off the island.

Shredded fish is a processed fishery product consisting of fish meat or seasoned, processed fish. This research aimed to analyse the business capital, profit, and feasibility of processing shredded Layang fish. This study was undertaken at Thanko Shredded Fish MSMEs in Jembrana, Bali from April to May 2022. The research employed observation of the process of shredded Layang from receiving raw materials to packaging and storing finished products. The data was analysis utilised cost, revenue, profit, efficiency and business risk analysis methods. The findings of this study indicated that the business of selling shredded Layang fish can generate business profits. The business has a capital of IDR. 57,501,093 and produces 2,880 packets of shredded Layang fish each year at a selling price of IDR. 25,000 per 100 grammes. An annual revenue of IDR 72,000,000 will generate a profit of Rp 14,498,907. With a selling price of IDR 25,000, the shredded Layang fish firm will Break Even Point or repay the money in less than a year if it can manufacture 2,290 units or more. The business feasibility research indicates that the shredded Layang fish business can be profitable with a payback period of less than one year.
