Adaptation of Well-Being at Work Scale to Turkish

Abstract: This study aimed to adapt Well-Being at Work Scale developed by Demo and Paschoal (2013) to Turkish, and to reveal the validity and reliability of Turkish form. With this aim, items were translated from English to Turkish first, then this version was translated to English back.
