Acousto-optic modulation in ion implanted semiconductor plasmas having SDDC

Abstract: The present paper is aimed to the exploration of acousto-optic (AO) modulational amplification in ion implanted semiconductors. The AO modulational process has been treated as a four wave parametric mixing process and the effective third-order acousto-optic susceptibility characterizing the instability process has been deduced. By considering that the origin of modulational interaction lies in the third order AO susceptibility arising from the nonlinear induced current density and using the coupled mode theory… Show more

“…As shown in Figure 9, under the experimental stimulation of small, medium and large force, the overall feeling intensity of the subjects for the smoothness sense of different fabrics is decreased along with the increase of force, which yet not follows the linear variation law [26][27][28][29]. This is consistent with the evaluation result on the roughness sense, meeting the perception law for the contact between human skin and fabrics.…”

“…Given the binary classification characteristics of the dependent variable, in this paper, I use the probit model to estimate the investment exit tendency, which refers to multilateral interorganisational performance: Pr(I = 1|X) = F(X, β ), where F is the standard normal cumulative distribution function. Based on variable selection and the factors affecting performance in this paper, a probit regression model was constructed [24].' Model 1 is a model that only adds control variables; Model 2 is the main effect model of complementarity to performance; Models 3, 4 and 5 are models with moderator variables; and Model 6 is a full model with all variables.…”

“…Guaiacol (3.06%) can use in medical, synthesis of spices and dye. Exogenous compounds guaiacol can be absorbed changing the global volatile composition of fruits and produce a negative or positive effect in their aroma by contacting with the plants [19][20][21]. Benzofuran (1.76%) derivatives have antitumor, antiviral [22], antiarrhythmic [23] and others effects in medical field.…”
