Children's education in the era of globalization faces significant challenges and opportunities. Globalization has changed the educational landscape with the rapid development of information and communication technology, the wide accessibility of information, and increasingly intense interaction between cultures. This literature review explores the challenges and opportunities faced by children's education in the era of globalization based on the latest literature. The literature review shows that one of the biggest challenges is the digital divide between individuals with access to technology and those without access. Children from low socioeconomic backgrounds or remote areas face difficulty accessing the digital educational resources needed to compete in a globalized world. Therefore, the need for efforts to expand the accessibility of technology in all walks of life is essential. In addition, globalization also brings changes in the needs and demands of jobs in the global market. Children's education must adapt curriculum and learning to suit evolving needs, such as critical thinking, creativity, cooperation, and digital skills. However, the era of globalization also provides new opportunities for children's education. The widespread accessibility of information provides opportunities for children to access various learning resources online. They can access learning materials, e- books, and other educational resources without geographical restrictions. It allows children to develop their interests and talents through independent exploration. The increasingly intense intercultural interaction also opens up opportunities to learn about cultural diversity and different values. Children can broaden their understanding of the world through multicultural education and develop inclusive attitudes that foster global cooperation.

Purpose: To analyze the effect of using CDT in classroom learning management in Islamic Education courses. Theoretical framework: The CDT is a learning theory that integrates aspects of humanism, behaviorism, and cognitive theory. The CDT produced a taxonomy that has the potential to be beneficial in the process of determining learning objectives since it makes use of two dimensions. The content and capability dimensions are the names given to these two categories of consideration. Design/methodology/approach: The research was carried out for two semesters (one academic year), namely the 2021/2022 academic year, for research activities ranging from problem determination, title, proposal, data collection, data analysis, validation, and research reports. The method used in this research is developed as proposed by Borg and Gall. Findings: This research shows that using CDT in classroom learning management in Islamic Education courses positively impacts students' understanding and skills. The practical recommendations from this research can provide helpful guidance for lecturers and instructors in improving classroom learning management and student learning experiences. Thus, this research has important implications for improving the effectiveness of learning and development of Islamic education. Research, Practical & Social implications: This study recommended being able to apply the CDTs learning model to courses with Islamic characteristics whose learning materials are sourced from the Quran and Hadith. It can also be tested in courses that instill values, such as the Pancasila Education course or the Civic Education course. Originality/value: This research provides a better understanding of the effectiveness of using CDT in classroom learning management in Islamic Education courses. The results of this study provide empirical evidence on the positive influence of this approach on students' understanding and skills. Thus, the benefits of this research are to improve the effectiveness of learning and optimize the teaching-learning process in Islamic Education courses.

Purpose: This study aims to explain the understanding, basic concepts, planning, implementation, evaluation, and assessment of project-based learning management and case-based learning in guidance and counseling lessons. Theoretical framework: Project-based learning management and case-based learning emphasize applying knowledge and skills in real-life contexts and actively involving students in the learning process. Design/Methodology/Approach: The research method used was a literature study analyzing and synthesizing relevant literature. Findings: Project-based learning management involves the application of projects as the main foundation of learning, where students are actively involved in planning, implementing, and evaluating projects relevant to guidance and counseling. Meanwhile, case-based learning management involves applying real cases as a learning approach, where students interact with complex case situations and solve problems related to guidance and counseling. Research, practical & social implications: Project-based and case-based learning management has great potential to improve the quality of learning in guidance and counseling. Originality/Value: This research contributes to broadening the understanding of the concepts and application of project-based and case-based learning management in the context of guidance and counseling. The implications of these findings could provide practical guidance for guidance and counseling teachers in designing more effective and relevant learning.
