A visão da equipe de enfermagem sobre seus registros

Abstract: Nosso objetivo foi conhecer a percepção de profissionais de enfermagem sobre seus registros e a forma como são realizados. Pesquisa descritiva exploratória de abordagem qualitativa realizada no Hospital Universitário Onofre Lopes em Natal/RN, com 15 profissionais da equipe de enfermagem.
