Background: The COVID-19 pandemic generated an extraordinary need for telemedicine. Objective: To identify the factors and multi-way interactions associated with telemedicine use in primary healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This population-based study included all members (2,722,773) aged ≥18 years of the largest healthcare organization in Israel who used primary care clinic services between 1 March 2020 and 31 December 2021. Individuals were classified as telemedicine users (≥1 phone/video visits or asynchronous encounters) or non-telemedicine users (only in-person encounter/s). Results: Ethnicity was the most discriminative variable associated with telemedicine use, with 85% and 52% users among Jews and Arabs, respectively. Higher odds for telemedicine utilization were observed among women, residents of urban areas, those confined to home, individuals with high level of technology literacy, residents of the central area (in Jews only), young Jews, and older Arabs. Based on decision tree analysis, the segments of the population with the lowest telemedicine use were characterized by lower primary care needs and comorbidities, as well as low technology literacy. The proportion of telemedicine use in these groups was 56% and 27% in Jews and in Arabs, respectively. Conclusion: A proactive intervention program should be applied among populations who are less likely to use telemedicine in the primary care clinics, including Arabs, Jews who live in the distant periphery, and individuals with low technology literacy.

Objective. To determine the place of safety skills in the system of digital competences and the role of the university library in their formation among users. The acquisition of safety skills in working with information will allow users to level out and control the negative impact of external information factors. Among the factors that negatively affect a person, there is a colossal amount of information, consisting of actual, relevant, and useful information, as well as garbled, fake, manipulative, and destructive ones. Methods. Empirical methods have been used in the investigation. The practical experience and recommendations of international and national experts in the direction of the formation of safety skills in working with information have been analyzed. The level of their implementation by the library at this stage has been monitored. Result. It has been determined that for the qualitative and integral formation of users’ safety skills in working with information, it is necessary to expand the list of activities and topics in the direction of their popularization and training. The acquisition of safety basics of working with information will allow users to restore and maintain control over physical and psychological health. Conclusions. So, the ability to safely interact with information is one of the most important components of the digital competence system of users, which is especially important in wartime conditions. Teaching such competences will help users to realize, control, and level out the negative impact of external information factors, and that's why it can be considered an urgent task for libraries as institutions that are competent to work with information.

This research intends to investigate the effect of digital literacy skills and self-regulation on student creativity in online physics learning practices. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with the data collection technique being a survey model. The research design used a quasi-experimental model with a pretest and posttest design. The samples were physics education students of UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, with a total sample of 42 students. Data analysis was conducted through several stages, namely: a) the first stage was to analyze category classification, namely classifying student abilities into very good category (A), good category (B), sufficient category (C), and poor category (D), based on the score of the measurement results of the three variables; b) the second stage is to test the correlation between variables. Correlation data analysis was performed with SPSS 25 software. Based on the data and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that there is an influence between digital literacy skills and self-regulation on students' creativity in online physics learning practices. The effect of digital literacy skills on student creativity in carrying out online physics learning practices is 85%, while self-regulation has an effect of 78%. Both variables together affect students' creativity in learning physics online by 74%.
