Small farmers represent a majority of the European Union (EU) farming sector and are considered the cornerstone of both the current and future sustainable EU agriculture. The dynamic complexity of livestock systems hinders the understanding of its behaviour, as well as recognizing the causes of problems and sources of resistance to applied policies and strategies. Livestock system behaviour needs to be understood in order to find leverage points and identify efficient solutions. The presented study depicts issues of small-scale beef cattle farmers in the market environment from a systemic perspective. The common complexity of managing a company increases with biological processes characterized by very long time periods, especially in the case of beef cattle farming. The scenarios analysed by the computer simulation model presented in the study evaluate the benefits of basic diversification into meat processing and a farm-to-table approach. The direct contact of the farmer with the final consumers represents increased demand and requirements on farmers’ entrepreneurship; nevertheless, such a strategy is a significant growth driver that allows faster maximisation of the farm’s output, accelerates the return of the investments, strengthens the market position of the farmer, and increases the farm’s sustainability.

Abstract.Existing human resources must be prepared early. Indeed, national education aims to create intelligent and competitive generations. This research is oriented towards the influence of CAM, which is implemented in the learning process. This research method is quasi-experimental. The research design used a non-equivalent control group design. As a sample is XI grade in SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Surabaya. Data collection techniques through observation and tests, critical thinking skills test sheets and students' concept mastery tests. Descriptively, self-critical thinking skills are 100% completed classically. The results of the t-test have a significance value of ≤ 0.05, which is 0.000. Then for mastery of the concept from the results of the t-test, the significance value is ≤ 0.05, namely with a significance value of 0.000. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an influence of CAM p on students' critical thinking skills and students' mastery of concepts.

Artikel ini mendeskripsikan perbaikan kesiapan (preparedness), khususnya pembelajaran, manajemen data dengan SDM yang kompeten, yang didukung dengan penguatan pemerintah dan pimpinan dalam pengambilan kebijakan pada Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Asuransi (STMA) Trisakti untuk pembelajaran online pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan menggunakan model Forcing Learning dan Risk Communication And Community Engagement (RCCE). Integrasi Model Forcing Learning dan RCCE ini sebagai salah satu bentuk model yang dapat dilaksanakan untuk mempersiapkan pembelajaran selama masa darurat Covid-19 guna tercapainya target pembelajaran. Dalam model pembelajaran dan komunikasi ini seluruh dosen dikondisikan dalam sebuah keadaan pembelajaran yang serba online, dimana diwajibkan untuk berlaih dari offline menjadi online dalam semua kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode penelitain dalam paper ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa, pertama: Preparedness RCCE dalam merumuskan konsep pembelajaran online dengan ketentuan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia dan Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia yang mencakup standar isi dan proses dengan membangun budaya mutu yang berorientasi kepada hasil menggunakan integrasi RCCE dan model Forcing Learning dengan urgensi yang harus serba cepat dan tepat di masa peralihan sekarang ini dengan membuat standar sesuai arahan Kemendikbud yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan. kedua: Preparedness perumusan strategi dan implementasi model Forcing Learning dilakukan dengan memfasilitasi semua hal dalam kesiapan SDM, sarana dan prasarana untuk menjalankan pembelajaran online dengan tindakan cepat dan berkualitas. Ketiga: dari dua indikator langkah yang dilakukan sebelumnya hasil data yang diperoleh dengan menerapkan Forcing Learning bahwa 100% SDM dan Sarana penunjang siap melakukan pembelajaran, Keempat: Keberlanjutan model bisa digunakan dalam banyak bidang dan keadaan.
