A study on the relationships among emotional labor, job satisfaction and turnover intention of beauty industry professionals

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to define the relationships among the emotional labor, job satisfaction, and turnover intention of beauty industry workers. The data for this study were collected through a survey, and a total of 197 questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis.
