A rare case of a strangulated Littre’s hernia with Meckel’s diverticulum duplication. Case report and literature review

Abstract: HighlightsMeckel’s diverticulum is the most common congenital anomaly of the gastrointestinal tract, occurring in approximately 1–4% of the population; been the duplication of it exceedingly rare.This is the first case of a simultaneous strangulated Littrés hernia with duplication of a Meckeĺ’s diverticulum
