“…The former can be minimized by using excess ethanol, and the latter is neglected in this process analysis because it occurs only in the presence of water. The use of ethanol of vegetable origin in its manufacture process, increases the interest of ETBE or bio-ETBE as an oxygenated additive [3,4].
