A política de atenção básica do Ministério da Saúde: refletindo sobre a definição de prioridades

Abstract: O artigo busca problematizar o discurso do gestor nacional, que declara a Atenção Básica em Saúde como prioridade desde os anos 1990, e analisar esta política a partir da perspectiva de sua institucionalidade.
