A naturalização do assédio moral no jornalismo digital

Abstract: O artigo analisa a incidência de assédio moral nas redações de jornalismo digital com cobertura em tempo real. Baseado em entrevistas semiestruturadas com 15 repórteres que atuavam em veículos de comunicação brasileiros com sede no Estado de São Paulo, o estudo discute como a aceleração dos regimes de publicação produz consequências negativas à saúde dos profissionais. 12 dos 15 entrevistados relataram terem sido vítimas de assédio moral nas empresas em que trabalhavam.
