A motivação no trabalho da equipe de enfermagem

Abstract: This is a descriptive study conducted in a university hospital with the purpose to apprehend some aspects influencing human motivation and their implications to work results. A recorded semi-structured interview was used for data collection which was applied to 18 members of a nursing team, of whom 6 were nurses and 12 were nursing auxiliaries and technicians.
