A dual‐frequency circularly polarized structure antenna

Abstract: A concept of an original compact dual‐band circularly polarized structure antenna is presented. It consists of a dielectric resonator antenna associated with a microstrip one. This antenna has a return‐loss bandwidth superior to 6% for each band, and offers in circular polarization a great axial ratio. Such a structure maybe useful for spatial applications. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Microwave Opt Technol Lett 32: 418–420, 2002.
