A Block Bi-Diagonalization-Based Pre-Coding for Indoor Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output-Visible Light Communication System

Abstract: Visible Light Communication (VLC) is a promising field in optical wireless communications, which uses the illumination infrastructure for data transmission.
