Purpose:scientific researches witness about presence of serious tendency to weakening students' everyday motor activity and absence of motivation to physical culture and sports practicing. Some specialists offer to solve this problem by making physical culture classes more oriented on sports. At the same time there are studies, offering to use methodic of cardio-power training. Comparative analysis of effectiveness of different programs on Physical culture trainings with the help of sport oriented approach and functional-power training. The main criterion of trainings' effectiveness was the level of physical and functional fitness of students' organism to physical loads. Material:in the research students (n=600: boys -n=300, girls -n=300, age -19-20 years) participated. Selection of students was fulfilled, considering indicators of body mass. We used the methods of physical condition control and assessment (control tests) and functional fitness (functional tests). Besides, we considered indicators of busy mass by students' regular weighing. Results:we found some increase of body mass of students, who attended different sport specialization trainings. Boys and girls (athletic gymnastic and ping pong) demonstrated confident body mass increase in average by 3-4 kg during academic year Students, practicing cardio-power training -HOT IRON-practically did not increase body mass. Difference in body mass indicators of such students between beginning of trainings and at the end of the researches was insignificant (±0.3 kg). Tests' results witness about general reduction of indicators of students' main physical qualities during academic year. Significant increase of physical strength was found only in students, specializing in athletic gymnastic (boys and girls). Students of cardio-power training -HOT IRON-demonstrated confident increase of indicators of physical strength, general endurance and flexibility. Conclusions:our results witness that there is a demand in corrections of students' physical culture training methodic. Their base is programs of sport oriented physical education. A High Score for the Unified State Examination for an Applicant – A “Quality” Graduate for the Educational System in the Future?

Today, the formation of the personnel potential of the pedagogical educational system is characterized in terms of "double negative selection" when not the best school graduates go to the pedagogical institute and not the best graduates of the institute go to the educational system. The presented contradiction has determined the goal of the study: to develop a model of the individual trajectory of student training to improve the quality of the graduate of the pedagogical profile based on the development of its substantial and level characteristics and a correlation analysis between the quality of the entrant and the graduate of the pedagogical institute. The experiment was conducted among (n = 328) full-time students who completed their studies at the Pedagogical Institute in 2017−2019. Based on the development of monitoring the quality of formation of a student-a future teacher, it has been proved that a high score of the Unified State Examination by an applicant is not always an indicator of the high quality of a graduate for the educational system in the future. On the basis of the author's model, the study has substantiated the position that the concept of selection of pedagogical institutes and the quality of professional training of a future teacher should reflect the tendency to move from standardization to individualization of the process at all levels of "enrollee-student-beginner teacher". Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University of V.P. Astafyev, Russia Abstract Purpose:approaches to control over limits of students body mass range and obesity prophylaxis through their physical condition improvement are offered. Material:in the research 100 boy students, divided into 2 equal groups (experimental and control) participated. Their age was -19-20 years. In the research we used methodic of control over maximal admissible body mass. Strength was registered by quantity of chin ups. Endurance was assessed by time of 3000 meters' distance run. Quickness was assessed by time of 100 meters' distance run. Besides, we considered the quantity of missed physical culture lessons. Results:it was found that for successful body weigh reduction students have to significantly increase everyday motor functioning. It was also found that insignificant quantity of missed physical culture lessons can not noticeably influence on students physical condition. At the end of the researches tests showed some increment of strength and quickness and confident increase of endurance in experimental group students. Conclusions:implementation of compulsory body mass control methodic in students' physical education will facilitated overcoming global threats for youth's health: obesity and immobile way of life.
