26.1: Invited Paper: Control of Temperature Dependency of Exo‐Electron Emission Behavior for MgO Film of ac‐PDPs

Abstract: A theoretical model on exo-electron emission kinetics was developed and their temperature dependency was examined. The prediction was compared with exoelectron currents measured experimentally. These theoretical analyses and experimental observations revealed that electrons at a shallow donor level reduce the temperature dependency but increases the time dependency.
