Amoxillin- and pefloxacin-induced cholesterogenesis and phospholipidosis in rat tissues

Abstract: BackgroundTo investigate whether amoxillin and pefloxacin perturb lipid metabolism.MethodsRats were treated with therapeutic doses of each antibiotic for 5 and 10 days respectively.
