2‐(1H‐Tetrazol‐5‐yl)‐4,5‐dihydro‐4‐oxo‐indeno[1,2‐b] pyran

Abstract: Es wird uber die Synthese der Titelverbindung berichtet. Die Ergebnisse der Priifung auf antiallergische Wirksamkeit fir die bioisosteren Heterocyclen 8b und 8c wird mitgeteilt. Versuche, durch ON-Austausch zu 4-Pyridonen zu gelangen, werden beschrieben.
