153. Pankreasganganastomose und Pankreatojejunoplicatio nach Rechtsresektion

Abstract: In a series of 112 patients who had undergone a duodenopancreatectomy (48 carcinoma, 64 pancreatitis), there were 2 deaths (1 carcinoma, 1 pancreatitis). Including a continuous series of 95 cases without death, there were no failures observed in the anastomotic technique described. The fatal risk of a pancreatic leak can be avoided by broad plication with a Roux loop and integrated dorsal ductanastomosis.
