O paciente com transtorno mental grave no hospital geral: uma revisão bibliográfica

Abstract: RESUMO A atenção integral em saúde mental é um desafio para os serviços de saúde, sobretudo no que diz respeito ao acompanhamento não psiquiátrico. O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar uma revisão bibliográfica acerca do atendimento ofertado ao paciente com transtorno mental grave, internado no hospital geral devido a complicações clínico-cirúrgicas.
