GSTM1 and GSTT1 genes null polymorphisms in kidney cancer susceptibility: evidence based on a meta-analysis

Abstract: Based on the results obtained, we conclude that the GSTM1 and GSTT1 null polymorphisms are not associated with the risk of developing renal cancer, since they have limited role, if there is any on effective contribution in the development of renal tumors.
