Efeito do tratamento térmico sobre a resistência ao cisalhamento da linha de cola em painéis OSB.

Abstract: As pesquisas sobre o tratamento térmico em painéis OSB (oriented strandboard) vêm buscando reduzir a higroscopicidade dos painéis, bem como aliviar as tensões geradas durante o processo de prensagem. Entretanto, o tratamento térmico acima de 160ºC pode causar inativação da superfície da madeira, tornando-a mais lisa, diminuindo a penetração do adesivo e por conseqüência, reduzindo a qualidade da adesão.
