RESUMO: Objetivo: Estimar o consumo de sal na população brasileira pela excreção urinária de sódio. Métodos: A Pesquisa Nacional de Saúde (2013) teve como objetivo obter dados de saúde de adultos (≥ 18 anos) por meio de seleção aleatória de domicílios. Em cada domicílio foi selecionado um adulto para coleta de dados biológicos (antropometria, pressão arterial, sangue e urina). A urina foi enviada para um laboratório central, para medida da concentração de sódio (eletrodo sensível) e creatinina (método de Jaffé). A estimativa da excreção de sódio foi feita com a equação de Tanaka. Resultados: A dosagem urinária de sódio e de creatinina foi obtida em 8.083 indivíduos (58% mulheres). O consumo médio de sal foi estimado em 9,34 g/dia (intervalo de confiança de 95% - IC95% 9,27 - 9,41), sendo maior em homens (9,63 g/dia; IC95% 9,52 - 9,74) do que em mulheres (9,08 g/dia; IC95% 8,99 - 9,17). Não foram observadas diferenças importantes em relação à faixa etária, cor da pele nem escolaridade. O maior consumo foi detectado nas regiões Sudeste e Sul e o menor no Nordeste e Norte. Apenas 2,4% (IC95% 2,0 - 2,8) da amostra apresentou consumo inferior a 5 g/dia, e 58,2% (IC95% 56,7 - 59,6) dos participantes tiveram consumo estimado de 8 a 12 g/dia. Conclusão: O consumo médio de sal da população brasileira é, aproximadamente, o dobro da recomendação da Organização Mundial da Saúde (5g/dia). Tendo em vista a associação da alta ingestão de sal com hipertensão arterial e decréscimo da função renal, os dados apontam para a necessidade de adoção de políticas públicas abrangentes para redução desse consumo na população brasileira.

Objective: to analyze the health promotion practices developed by nurses in the care of people with non-transmittable chronic disease in primary health care, in scientific publications, between 2007 and 2017. Method: an integrative literature review of a qualitative approach, conducted in five databases, in which was read and critical analysis of the studies in order to know the practices of health promotion. Results: 40 articles were selected and organized according to the fields of the Ottawa Charter: public policies, reorientation of health services, creation of personal skills, reinforcement of community action and favorable environments. Thus, most of the experiments were mainly related to two fields of action: development of personal skills and reorientation of the health system. There is a movement towards the development of a health promotion in which the collective, the social determinants of health and multidisciplinarity are advocated. Conclusion: some limits were identified that need to be overcome, among which stands out the inter-sectoral work that needs to grow beyond the health sector.

Resumo: O objetivo deste estudo foi descrever as estratégias de atendimento psicológico utilizadas com pacientes estomizados e seus familiares em uma unidade de internação hospitalar de uma universidade pública do interior paulista no pré-operatório e na preparação para a alta hospitalar. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório-descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, que focaliza um programa de extensão que oferece cuidados, com enfoque interdisciplinar, para essa população. As observações extraídas das intervenções psicológicas foram registradas em diário de campo e os dados obtidos foram submetidos à análise de conteúdo e interpretados à luz de pressupostos teóricos da Psicologia da Saúde. Identificou-se nos relatos que a assistência psicológica contempla as seguintes estratégias: levantamento da história clínica, identificação das necessidades psicológicas do paciente no pré-cirúrgico, reuniões com a equipe para discussão dos casos e elaboração do plano de cuidados terapêuticos, orientação aos familiares, escuta psicológica junto ao leito, orientações ao paciente e avaliação de seu estado psicológico, tendo em vista o preparo para alta hospitalar. O atendimento psicológico tem possibilitado o acolhimento dos pacientes, tendo como foco as necessidades identificadas durante o período de internação hospitalar decorrentes da intervenção cirúrgica e da estomização. O suporte psicológico tem contribuído para fortalecer a autonomia e minimizar o sofrimento associado à cirurgia e suas consequências, frente às limitações impostas pelo adoecimento crônico intestinal, além de possibilitar o atendimento articulado com a equipe cirúrgica e de enfermagem, assegurando assistência continuada ao paciente com foco no desenvolvimento de competências de autocuidado.Abstract: This aim of this study was to describe the psychological care strategies used with stomized patients and their relatives in a hospital inpatient unit of a public university of the Brazil's largest public university in the preoperative period and preparation for the hospital discharge. This is an exploratory-descriptive study with a qualitative approach that focuses on an extension program that offers interdisciplinary care for this population. Psychological interventions were recorded in a field diary and data were submitted to content analysis and interpreted in the perspective of theoretical assumptions of Health Psychology. Psychological assistance includes the following strategies: clinical history survey, identification of psychological needs of the patient in the pre-surgical period, meetings with the health team providers to discuss the cases in order to elaborate the therapeutic plan, orientation to family, psychological and qualified listening in the bed, orientation to the patient and evaluation of his/her psychological state, with a view to preparing him for discharge.
