“…En otro estudio, Baroni, Couto, & Leal (2011) compararon la potencia aeróbica y anaeróbica en las diferentes posiciones de juego, separaron a los porteros del resto de jugadores y formaron dos grupos. Los resultados encontrados determinaron que el nivel de VO 2 máx de los porteros era inferior con respecto a los demás jugadores; argumentan que la considerable diferencia en este aspecto se debía a que su posición no requiere de una gran exposición de esfuerzo físico, pues su labor es mantener la portería segura y esto se realiza en el área chica, por lo que los porteros realizan desplazamientos muy cortos, pero de una intensidad alta, ya que deben saltar grandes alturas para detener los balones del adversario, pero aun así no es un esfuerzo considerable comparado con las otras posiciones de juego (Cajigal, Araneda, & Naranjo, 2018).…”
