Abstract: Objetivo Identificar as repercussões sociais em indivíduos com distúrbios da comunicação associados às fissuras labiopalatinas com e sem perda auditiva. Métodos Participaram crianças e adolescentes de 7 anos a 15 anos e 11 meses de idade, de ambos os gêneros, com fissuras de lábio e palato ou de palato isolado, com e sem perda auditiva associada.
