Criação de conhecimento organizacional: teorizações do campo de estudo

Abstract: O presente artigo buscou apresentar algumas teorizações sobre conhecimento organizacional, sobretudo, em relação à dimensão dos "espaços de criação de conhecimento", chegando ao final com a apresentação de um esquema conceitual.
