O pai e as organizações: práticas de poder no Brasil

Abstract: O objetivo desse artigo é o de analisar a imagem do pa; (o paternalismo, as práticas de apadrinhamento, etc.) na realidade Brasileira, argumentando que essa é uma das formas pela qual a dominação é exercida nas organizações que atuam aqui.
