Abstract: Este artigo discute a definição de tráfico de pessoas colocada no Código Penal brasileiro e suas relações com sensos proibitivos da prostituição. Para pensar esta questão, se faz uso de epistemologias feministas que apontam como essa discursividade se arranja em torno da noção de passividade e debilidade feminina.
