Abstract: Resumen Este artículo analiza las características socioacadémicas de estudiantes de liceos públicos chilenos en contextos de pobreza, que fueron seleccionados por sus profesores como potenciales buenos postulantes a la carrera pedagógica, con aptitud o talento para la pedagogía.
