Experience tourism in the midst of nature, the appreciation of healthy food, which allows to appreciate, taste and experience the moment becomes the motto for the beginning of a new era. The objective of this study was to identify which actions are necessary to internalize the SDGs in the resumption of tourism activities after the pandemic. The analysis of the perceptions of public managers, private initiative, and educational institutions to understand and awaken the issues of sustainability in environmental issues, in the resumption of tourism with a demand for activities in the midst of nature. The methodology was exploratory explanatory, of qualitative analysis, and uses content analysis, the NVivo11 software was used for transcription of the videos and description of the speeches of the speakers who participated in the extension activity three webinars held in 2021, within the extension project entitled "Tourism and Sustainability - a conscious resumption", proposed by the Research Group on Policies, Public Management and Development of UERGS/CNPq. He concluded that the speakers representing both educational institutions and public and private management emphasized in their speeches that: a) tourism, b) research, c) sustainability, and d) gastronomy are currently inseparable themes. Finally, the uncertainty of the future to reassess and plan the issues of environmental, economic and social sustainability, both in the resumption and how to adhere to the SDGs in a conscious and possible to do.

Since the advent of the technological revolution 4.0, the development and massification of new technological systems such as the Internet of things, advanced robotics, virtual reality and augmented reality, Big Data, artificial intelligence, additive manufacturing, GIG economy, among others, have taken place. Such changes and transformations in social practices and relationships have reconfigured the forms of social structuring of current societies. Artificial intelligence is an emerging technology used in various industries, which generates changes in our ways of seeing, feeling and relating to the world. Here, we focus on the relationship between artificial intelligence, algorithms, digital emotions and narratives as a social phenomenon of the twenty-first century.

Dwyer mostra em artigo, no qual relata os impactos dessas tecnologias no campo das Ciências Sociais. Dwyer (2001) em 1999, viu numa universidade inglesa em que visitou a alteração da relação tradicional professor e aluno. Este trabalho analisa o tema da pesquisa docente, o modo como ele pode ser percebido em nosso ambiente educacional próximo constituído pelo campo mais amplo das Ciências da Informação realizada no Brasil. Considera as conseqüências dessa percepção e alerta para a necessidade de criar-se um quadro mais favorável à pesquisa; especialmente, à pesquisa voltada para a ação pedagógica, o que viria a fortalecer consideravelmente o ensino de graduação nos cursos da área existentes -e ofertados neste ano de 2002- em 40 Instituições de Ensino Superior brasileiras.
