Processamento da soja integral e uso em dietas para suínos: digestibilidade e metabolismo

Abstract: RESUMO -Um experimento foi realizado para avaliar a soja integral (SI) processada a vácuo (SI vac IntroduçãoA suinocultura absorve cerca de 29,0% da produção brasileira de milho e 23,0% da produção de farelo de soja (SINDIRAÇÕES, 2006). Esses ingredientes respondem por 94% do volume das rações para suínos. O óleo vegetal tem sido incluído nas rações para ajustes energéticos e participa em média com 2,5% do volume.
