Objective:To analyze scientific production about workplace bullying and harassment in dissertations and theses in Brazil, with emphasis on the year of publication; educational institution; area of knowledge; professional and academic background of the authors; keywords used; and concept map organization. Method: Bibliometric study with a quantitative approach with a sample consisting of 57 papers, 5 theses and 52 dissertations, published between 2002 and 2012. Results: It was found that 2012 was the year with the highest number of publications in this topic area. The region that stood out was the Southeast. The institution with the highest number of publications was the Federal University of Santa Catarina. There was a predominance of dissertations and most publications were produced by researchers focused on a multidisciplinary perspective. Spirituality in pediatric practiceThe theme of palliative care in pediatric practice represents a relevant topic for discussion in the context of bioethics. In this respect, we seek to emphasize that the spiritual dimension is an integral part of the care of pediatric patients, and therefore health teams need to be able to embrace this transcendent movement and be attentive to the spiritual needs of pediatric patients, as well as their caregivers. ResumoA espiritualidade na prática pediátrica O tema dos cuidados paliativos na prática pediátrica ocupa relevante espaço de discussão no contexto da bioética. Nesse aspecto, destacamos que a dimensão espiritual é parte integrante do paciente pediátrico e que, portanto, a equipe de saúde precisa estar apta a acolher esse movimento de transcendência e atenta às necessidades espirituais desses pacientes, bem como de seus responsáveis. The spirituality has been pointed as a valuable resource that helps the human being to face the sickness process. This study aimed to investigate the opinion of a multi professional health team about the spirituality on the health-disease process and; verify the multi professional health team perspectives about the spiritual care integrated to the health assistance. It is about a descriptive research with qualitative approach, developed with members of a school-hospital multi professional team, in João Pessoa city -PB. Analyzed qualitatively, through content analyze technique, in the thematic modality, proposed by Bardin. From the analyzes of empirical material obtained through subjective questions, emerged two thematic categories: spirituality with religiosity interface, transcendence, life style and culture; spirituality influence on the promotion of comfort to the patient and on the professional ethical posture. It was understood in this study that the multi professional team understanding about the spirituality is ambiguous and permeated by fragile significances. The professionals don't feel prepared and comfortable yet to insert this therapeutic modality in their routine, however there is a more exponential perception of this gape in the assistance plan.
