A epidemia de HIV/Aids e a ação do Estado. Diferenças entre Brasil, África do Sul e Moçambique

Abstract: Este artigo discute a ação do Estado quanto à política de saúde para prevenção e tratamento de pessoas com HIV/Aids, foco de um estudo realizado entre 2011 e 2012 em três países do eixo sul-sul: Brasil, África do Sul e Moçambique, marcados por desigualdade de renda e pobreza, e por processos de cidadania em construção.
