RESUMO.A atuação da Psicologia Escolar tem se expandido para outros contextos educativos, como a Educação Superior. Buscando contribuir para essa expansão, teve-se como objetivos mapear as Instituições de Educação Superior do Distrito Federal que possuem psicólogo escolar e conhecer e analisar o trabalho realizado. Participaram oito instituições com psicólogo escolar e que tinham, na internet, informações sobre os Serviços de Psicologia Escolar. A análise qualitativa destas informações indicou que estes serviços baseiam-se na atenção a dificuldades vivenciadas pelos alunos e na promoção do desenvolvimento acadêmico e humano; realizam atividades coletivas e individuais, tanto de natureza tradicional quanto emergente. Entre essas últimas, realizam ações de desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional, de avaliação institucional e de acompanhamento dos egressos. A atuação da Psicologia Escolar na Educação Superior está se construindo sobre ações preventivas, institucionais e mais abrangentes do que historicamente caracterizou a intervenção neste nível educativo.Palavras-chave: Psicologia escolar; educação superior; atuação institucional. SCHOLL PSYCHOLOGY IN HIGHER EDUCATION: PRACTICES IN THE DISTRITO FEDERALABSTRACT. The role of school psychology has expanded into other educational settings, such as Higher Education. Seeking to contribute to this expansion, had as objectives to map the Institutions of Higher Education of the Federal District and school psychologists who have knowledge and examine the work done. Eight institutions participated with the school psychologist and had, on the Internet, information about the School Psychology Services. The qualitative analysis of this information indicated that these services are based on attention to difficulties experienced by students and promoting academic and human development, individual and collective conduct activities, both traditional and emergent nature. Among the latter, carry out actions of personal and professional development, institutional assessment and monitoring of graduates. The role of School Psychology in Higher Education is building on preventive measures, institutional and broader than that historically characterized the educational intervention at this level.Key words: School psychology; higher education; institutional actions. Objetivo: El fin de este trabajo es mostrar los efectos pro y en contra de la educación superior colombiana al ser tratada como una mercancía.Método: Se presenta una revisión de aportes al tema de autores como Rodríguez (2005), Aboites (2007) Ruiz (2009) entre otros. “La Educación Superior en las Negociaciones Internacionales”,“Acuerdo General sobre el Comercio de Servicios (GATS) y la Educación Superior”, “Aspectos básicos de la Educación Superior en Colombia”, “TLC Colombia-Estados Unidos y la Educación Superior”, “La experiencia educativa a nivel internacional”.Resultados: Al analizar el sector de la educación en países como Gran Bretaña, Estados Unidos, Australia, Alemania, se observa que es dinámico e importante por ser una actividad que reporta ganancias económicas. En países emergentes como Colombia dominado por una política proteccionista, han abierto sus economías para integrarse a la economía mundial. Para cumplir en el sector de la educación con este proceso de globalización se promulgó la Ley 30 de 1992.Conclusiones: La educación superior al ser considerada como un servicio, reporta altas ganancias económicas y proliferación de instituciones de dudosa calidad, por lo que el Gobierno debe estar atento y ser más riguroso en su regulación.

With reference to educational policies in the globalization process, the purpose of this article is to show the status of higher Music Teacher Education Programs in Brazil after the enactment of the Directives and Bases Act No. 9.394, in 1996. This law emphasizes the evaluation process for higher education, including teaching quality and accreditation of institutions, programs and majors as a resource. In this study, the quality parameters are shown from the perspective of the terms of reference of the institutions (i.e., the vision, mission, objectives, values and commitment), characteristic of the curriculum programs, students and team of teachers. A questionnaire has been used for the data collection, completed by the program coordinators. The results show the inequality of the higher education system, from the administrative and academic organization to the teachers' education and/or participation of the students in the academic life, indicating recent changes that meet the national and international educational policies, and the need for studies that may contribute to the improvement of Music Teacher Education Programs. The university reform in the worldwide calendarThe reform of higher education has been constantly moving forward in most countries of the world during the last decades. What can be noticed is that there are many similarities between the changes in each country, regardless of the social, historical and economic conditions. According to Rivzi (2008), all countries are following the precepts of the same neoliberal market ideology (practices taken from the corporate world) for the education reforms in order to meet the requirements of the global economy and the new requirements of the labor market.Teachers' education is also a theme appearing in this globalization process.
